Breese
Pitt Dixon commenced this development over 5 years ago
as a project that allowed 1500 residential allotments.
Since that time, a large portion of the property has
been sold off to Medallist, and Breese Pitt Dixon has
produced the estate planning and urban design of the
site’s southern section. When complete, the 17
stage development will produce 950 house sites.
Breese Pitt Dixon are
extremely proud to be working in conjunction with Medallist
Golf on their first ever master planned golfing community
in Victoria. The development is perfectly positioned
for people who like the best both worlds. While nestled
at the entrance to the Mornington Peninsula, and right
next door to the Cranbourne Royal Botanic Gardens, it’s
also just 44kms from the Melbourne CBD. It’s this
prime positioning which affords Botanic Ridge its distant
views of both the Melbourne City skyline and Western
Port Bay.
