BPD is proud to be involved with this ground breaking development situated within the austere bluestone walls of Pentridge Prison. Encompassing 8ha, a subdivision of this scope and nature has never been attempted within Victoria. With a vibrant European style piazza and generous open space, this is sure to become an icon within the inner city suburbs.

The buildings, walls, original cisterns and thermo-ventilation system of Pentridge are listed by Heritage Victoria as “historically, socially, aesthetically, architecturally and technically important”. Development has been done in conjunction with Heritage Victoria, Victorian State Government, Moreland Council and consultation with Coburg community groups. The past will be both preserved and promoted as part of a progressive new community.

An on going development, over the next ten years Pentridge Piazza is expected to yield 600 - 700 lots including residential units, townhouses, warehouses, shops, restaurants, office space & recreational facilities.
