Point Cook Gardens Estate began in 1998 and created over 1000 allotments. This development creates a Water Quality area of in excess of 5 hectares.

This environment together with the major open space reserves, provides the residents with a truly tranquil environment. Board walks have been created around the wetlands area which give rise to the peaceful setting the estate gives to the owners.
