Aspire is a masterplanned residential development in Fraser Rise, designed to balance open space, infrastructure and community amenity. Since 2019, Breese Pitt Dixon has delivered end-to-end engineering services to support 870 residential lots. Two major wetlands have been strategically located beneath high voltage transmission lines—an innovative approach that maximises developable land while enhancing ecological value. A large, centrally landscaped reserve anchors the community and promotes connectivity.
