  Bradmill is a transformative infill development in Yarraville, delivered on the historic site of a former denim factory. Breese Pitt Dixon is providing land surveying services for this medium-density community, which includes around 800 new homes in a mix of townhouses and apartments. The masterplan also features retail spaces, parks, and community hubs—designed to revitalise the industrial precinct into a vibrant, walkable urban neighbourhood.
