Canopy is a distinctive residential community in Cranbourne, developed on the former Amstel Golf Course. Surrounded by mature trees and natural features, the 600-lot estate includes two constructed wetlands, a waterway, and a major sewer and water infrastructure network. Breese Pitt Dixon has delivered a full suite of services since 2019, including the design and delivery of a non-drinking water (NDW) booster pump system, supporting the estate’s commitment to sustainable water management.
