Taylors Rise

Taylors Rise is a strategically positioned residential infill development at the eastern end of the Kororoit Precinct Structure Plan in Plumpton. Breese Pitt Dixon has been engaged to deliver civil, environmental and surveying services for the 920-lot project, which includes a new signalised intersection at Taylors Road and City Vista Court, as well as future provisions for a new primary school. The project responds to immediate infrastructure needs while supporting long-term urban growth.
