The Grove is a significant masterplanned community in Tarneit, situated along the Werribee River and Davis Creek. Breese Pitt Dixon has supported the project with expert land surveying services across its 2,700 residential lots. The development features expansive open space, two future schools, a town centre, and integrated wetlands and waterways, designed to enhance amenity and connection to the natural landscape. With construction underway since 2014, the project is scheduled for completion in 2027.
