Positioned for direct access to the Principal Freight Network and key transport gateways, the precinct supports major logistics and warehousing operations. Since 2020, Breese Pitt Dixon has delivered integrated engineering and surveying services across the estate, including trunk infrastructure, waterway and wetland design to enable scalable, high-performance industrial development.
