Creekstone

Creekstone is a large-scale residential community in Tarneit, delivering approximately 1,900 lots alongside integrated environmental and urban infrastructure. Since 2014, Breese Pitt Dixon has provided full civil, water and surveying services to support the staged rollout of open spaces, two future schools, a local activity centre, and a network of waterways and wetlands. The project is set for completion in 2030 and continues to evolve into a well-connected and sustainable community.
