Elements is a major masterplanned community in Truganina, delivering over 1,400 residential lots alongside extensive civil and environmental infrastructure. Since 2015, Breese Pitt Dixon has delivered multidisciplinary services, including the construction of three signalised intersections and more than 800 metres of arterial road. The estate includes 9 hectares of waterways, wetlands, and retarding basins; a 10-hectare P–12 government school site; and over 1,000 metres of branch sewers — ensuring the development is built for long-term growth and community functionality.
