• Project Overview

  Paragon is a 48-level mixed-use tower redefining inner-city living in Melbourne’s CBD. Developed by Beulah International, the project involved the redevelopment and preservation of the historic Melbourne Celtic Club façade. Breese Pitt Dixon delivered specialised land surveying services to support the delivery of 227 premium residences and commercial tenancies across this complex vertical site. Completed in 2023, the tower blends heritage character with modern architecture.
