Rosalia is a premium residential community set in picturesque Gisborne. Since 2025, Breese Pitt Dixon has provided end-to-end civil, environmental, and water resources engineering; project management; and land surveying services to enable the creation of large-lot residential blocks. Key infrastructure on site includes two major wetlands, a Greater Western Water (GWW) transfer watermain, and direct frontage to Rosslynne Reservoir and Jacksons Creek — supporting environmental resilience and community amenity.
